Leigh Ann Greenfield, LMFT (She/Her)

Leigh Ann specializes in the treatment of co-occurring complex trauma, dissociative disorders (DID/OSDD), and eating disorders. She is the primary eating disorder treatment provider at Trauma and Beyond Psychological Center in Sherman Oaks, CA, and has a private practice for individuals. She is the Secretary of the ISSTD Special Interest Group on Eating Disorders, and a member of the Academy for Eating Disorders Special Interest Group on Trauma.

Her background includes work as a program manager and residential therapist for Reasons Eating Disorder Treatment Center, as well as providing therapy for survivors of sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and commercial sexual exploitation in a variety of settings. She is trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, and uses an Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, social justice approach to eating disorders and body image issues.
